Since all products are 100% handmade, your package will be shipped within 1-5 working days after receiving your order ,usually 1-2 working days, but for customized products, it will take 3-5 working days. and You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped, if you haven’t received your order, please contact us online with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you, shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Which countries/regions do you ship to?
Currently, we can ship to most countries worldwide, but some remote areas may not be serviceable. supported shipping regions will be displayed when placing an order. please contact us if your location is not on the list, and we will check if there are other options for you.
How long is the shipping time?
Please allow us 1-5 business days to prepare your order before shipment. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery time will be 8-12 days depending on your shipping address.
