Overview

If the product has quality problems, we accept returns or refunds unconditionally.
 
If the product has no quality problems, we accept returns up to 10 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Buyer pays return shipping.
 
If you are not satisfied with the parcel you ordered and want to refund because of our negligence, please email us and give us enough evidence and we will get back to you by email in 3 business days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Customer is responsible for the return postage because the freight cost is so high. Sincerely we advice you to replace a new order of equal value and we resend it for you; If the parcel that is tainted by mistake and damaged because of you, refund is unacceptable. Thanks for your understanding.
 

Return shipping cost

If you would like to return your item, please email admin@kissmypampas.co.uk with the details of your order and the reason for returning.

Customers need to pay the shipping cost for return if it’s not product problem. We will pay the shipping cost if it’s product problem.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, the money will be automatically refunded by your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please contact your bank if you don’t receive the refund for long time.
