What is Hightcraft?

Hightcraft creates thoughtfully designed DIY craft kits, materials, and tools that make creative projects easier to start and more enjoyable to finish. Our collection includes embroidery, crochet and fiber crafts, jewelry making, ribbon and floral projects, and more.

Are Hightcraft kits suitable for beginners?

Many of our kits are designed with beginners in mind. Each product page includes information about the project and what is included, so you can choose a kit that matches your experience level.

What is included in a craft kit?

Kit contents vary by project. Each product page lists the materials, tools, and components included with that specific kit.

Do your kits include instructions?

Kits that include instructions or tutorials will clearly state this on the product page. We are also continuing to add helpful guides and project inspiration to our Learn & Create section.

How do I choose the right project?

Start with the craft you enjoy, what you’d like to make, and your experience level. Explore our Craft Kits by craft type, or visit Learn & Create for ideas and inspiration when you’re not sure where to begin.

What if my order is damaged or incomplete?

Please contact us with your order number and a few clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help make things right.

What is your return policy?

Return eligibility depends on the item and its condition. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy for the latest information before returning any product.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order on Hightcraft without creating an account. After checkout, we’ll send an order confirmation to your email, and once your order has shipped, you’ll receive another email with the tracking information. Creating a Hightcraft account is optional, but it makes it easier to view your orders and manage your shopping information in one place.

PRODUCTS & MATERIALS

Do you only sell crochet kits?

No. Hightcraft offers a variety of modern DIY craft kits, including crochet crafts, embroidery, jewelry and beading, ribbon and floral crafts, and other creative projects. We also offer selected materials and tools for makers who want to create their own projects.

Can I buy materials and tools separately?

Yes. In addition to complete craft kits, Hightcraft offers selected craft materials, tools, and accessories for customers who want to customize a project or continue creating on their own.

Will the colors look exactly the same as the product photos?

We do our best to represent product colors accurately. However, slight differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, and variations between material batches.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

Some products and materials may be restocked when they become available again. Please check the product page for the latest availability.

Can Hightcraft kits be given as gifts?

Yes. Our DIY craft kits are designed to make creating easier and more enjoyable, making them a thoughtful choice for birthdays, holidays, special occasions, or simply sharing a creative experience with someone you care about.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How can I check my order status?

After you place an order, we’ll send an order confirmation to your email. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive another email with the tracking information. If you created a Hightcraft account, you can also log in to My Account anytime to view your order details and status.

Do you ship internationally?

Shipping availability depends on the destination. Available shipping methods and charges will be shown during checkout. Please visit our Shipping Policy for additional information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Where can I find shipping information?

Once your order has shipped, we’ll send the tracking details to your email. If you don’t receive the email or it is filtered by your mail provider, you can check your shipment through our Track Your Order page. If you placed the order while signed in to your Hightcraft account, you can also log in to account to view your order information.
